I want to gift you a Zen Tea Ritual that will fortify your immune system, boost your cognitive function, reduce inflammation, warm the body and the heart!
Taking this tea regularly (at least one cup per day) you’ll be prepared for the Winter season by protecting yourself from the enemies of cold and flu germs/viruses. In addition, your joints will feel like you’re a 15-year-old gymnast, as you experience great ease of movement. I’m confident you’ll thoroughly enjoy this tea bursting with robust flavor while receiving a myriad of holistic benefits.
Ingredients:
- Ginger Root – https://amzn.to/2OiUFRZ
- Turmeric Root – In order to metabolize and fulling extract and absorb the nutrients in turmeric, you need black pepper and coconut oil. If you don’t add these to the recipe, you’re not going to have the full benefit of turmeric. https://amzn.to/2npDQct
- Cloves – https://amzn.to/2vqHpE0
- Black Pepper
- Cinnamon Sticks – https://amzn.to/2M29kEu OR https://amzn.to/2M5YrBm

- Slice the Ginger & Turmeric Root. Use the amount you intuitively feel is best for you! Personally, I use an abundance of both to create a stronger tea. You’ll begin to feel the amount best suited for you the more you make the tea.
- Add the turmeric root, ginger, cloves, black pepper, and cinnamon sticks, to a pasta pot of water. Bring to a boil, then Simmer for 2 to 3 hours, adding water as it gets low. This is called infusing the Tea, which is the most efficacious method to extract the full strength of each ingredient and to serve as a medicinal concoction.
- Cool down, then place in glass containers. Refrigerate after it cools.
- Each time you heat a cup up add a teaspoon of coconut oil. This is an important step to help fully absorb the turmeric nutrients.
- Relax & enjoy as you feel your body & mind warm.
