You’ll leave feeling centered, refreshed, and ready to meet the day with strength and positivity. Open to all experience levels.

Ease & Restore Gentle Yoga
Nourish your body and soothe your nervous system in this deeply relaxing class. With gentle movement, longer-held supported poses, and focused breathwork, you’ll cultivate ease, restore energy, and encourage healing from within. Perfect for beginners, those recovering from injury, or anyone looking for a softer, more meditative practice.
